GENERAL

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 working days.

  • Christmas and New Years order will be posted out after 6th January to avoid your products sitting in hot storage over the public holidays etc.

  • Products are wrapped in eco-friendly 'Geami GreenWrap' and packed in durable cardboard boxes.

  • Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes at this time.

AUSTRALIA- $10 flat rate. We'll send out a confirmation email and tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order once your Delicious Skin products have shipped. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 3 working days check your junk mail folder. 

UPDATE: DELAYED SHIPPING

Australia Post are experiencing delays at the moment and orders may take up to 14 working days to arrive. This is out of our control and appreciate your patience!

3-4 working days to all major cities, 4-6 working days for rural areas, 7-10 working days to Western Australia.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or give authority to leave packages for security and product integrity reasons. 

INTERNATIONAL- No longer offered.

For now we have decided to put a pause on international orders. There are lengthy delays and the cost for our small biz is just too big to absorb. Our range can be shopped online at Flora and Fauna, who offer international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and send our apologies to our international customers!

Our priority is getting products to you in the best condition and in a timely manner.
